Home Design with Rod Lambert

Creative Constructions has a collaborative relationship with Rod Lambert, a well-known local designer. While Rod has designed large dramatic spaces like the Genesee Valley Zen center, he was also the designer of record for the Second Neighborhood at EcoVillage at Ithaca, and for the new EcoVillage at Danby NY called White Hawk. Becoming well known for his ability to craft affordable, low- “ecofootprint” homes, Rod has the ability to meet client’s budgets because he has also built what he designs.

Rod is familiar with cutting edge building science as well as recent improvements in green building. He enjoys sitting down with clients, helping them through the design process and is able to offer skills from initial consultations around needs, to final permit drawings and on-site supervision. Rod's creative, insightful solutions usually more then pay for his fees.
